In 2021, the kW Technology team joined hands with Guanshengyuan to promote the digital transformation of energy. We used the Carbon-Free Platform to monitor the environment and electricity in various workshops of the Guanshengyuan factory, accelerating Guanshengyuan's transformation towards zero-carbon green, improving the safety of electricity use, and fulfilling its social responsibility for sustainable development.

Meanwhile, through the smart energy platform, the incoming and outgoing line circuits of the Guanshengyuan factory are statistically analyzed to clarify the energy consumption details of each workshop, making energy consumption visible and eliminating blind spots in energy use. Furthermore, based on the collection and storage of energy consumption data, visual charts are generated to provide data support for the assessment of energy conservation, consumption reduction, and energy performance at the Guanshengyuan factory, and to diagnose high-energy-consuming areas.

In this project, the kW Technology IoT platform monitors the ozone concentration, temperature, and humidity in each workshop, enabling the factory to operate more safely and efficiently.

We identify potential correlations between workshops through intelligent monitoring and data analysis; we analyze power quality parameters such as harmonics, three-phase imbalance, and power factor through platform data analysis and display them in three-dimensional and two-dimensional interfaces to improve energy quality and management quality; we also improve energy safety, enhance quality, and predict equipment failure cycles and lifespan.

In the future, it can also connect to other energy sources such as water, gas, heat, photovoltaics, and energy storage to achieve unified digital energy monitoring services. We use a real-time monitoring platform to record cumulative electricity consumption data and reduce carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide emissions, making energy consumption visible. This will not only improve the efficiency of enterprise energy management and reduce enterprise energy costs, but we will also help enterprises achieve real-time carbon emission calculation, connect with various carbon neutrality solutions, work together with Guanshengyuan to achieve a zero-carbon green transformation, fulfill our social responsibility for sustainable development, and jointly contribute to the early realization of carbon neutrality in China.
