Amorepacific is South Korea's largest cosmetics group, owning well-known brands such as Sulwhasoo and Ryo.

Starting with Amorepacific's environmental monitoring, kWTech has helped Amorepacific achieve water network monitoring, equipment RFID monitoring, filling machine lifecycle management, and photovoltaic monitoring, covering all aspects of the digital factory.

To ensure the airtightness of cosmetic production workshops, we monitored the pressure difference between each workshop and the external space to prevent external dust from entering. We also monitored the temperature and humidity in each workshop to prevent environmental changes from affecting the quality and moisture content of cosmetic products.

In response to the Shanghai Municipal Government's regulatory requirements for water-saving enterprises, we monitored the flow of the main and branch water pipes of the water network, accurately counted the flow of each workshop and each production line, and eliminated any leaks or spills.

We monitored the location and movement path of more than 1,000 raw material barrels of Amorepacific through RFID wireless radio frequency tags. Combined with the MES production management system, we automatically issued warnings to prevent incorrect raw materials from being sent to different production lines due to worker errors.

Filling machines are core equipment in cosmetic production. They require regular cleaning; the sealing rings need replacement after reaching the end of their lifespan; and dozens of sealing rings require precise management. We achieve digital and automated management of filling machines and sealing ring accessories through full lifecycle management of the equipment, combined with RFID and automatic cabinet doors.

The Carbon-Free Integrated Energy Platform monitors inverter power generation, output, equipment operating status, and on-site environment in real time to detect abnormal data, ensuring power generation stability and improving power generation safety.
